Why Export User Activity Data?

Exporting user activity data empowers you to:

  • Analyze user engagement: Identify top performers, track activity trends, and understand how your team utilizes the platform.

  • Build custom reports: Integrate the data with your preferred business intelligence tools for in-depth analysis and visualization.

  • Share insights: Easily share data with stakeholders to inform decisions and track progress towards goals.

How to Export User Activity Data


1. Access the Export Function:

  • Navigate to the Analytics page within Modjo.

  • Locate the "Export Raw User Data" button in the left-side bar and click on it.

2. Customize Your Data Export:

  • Select Data Points: Choose the specific user activity data you want to include in your export.

  • Filter by Team (Optional): Narrow down the data by selecting specific teams.

  • Define Date Range (Required): Specify the desired time period for your data export.

  • Streamline Your Export: Deselect any unnecessary fields to optimize the file size and focus on relevant information.

  • Confirm Your Selection: Once you've configured your export settings, click "Confirm".

💡 Good to know: The export focuses on user activity data. Conversation topics are not included in this file.

3. Download Your Data:

  • Be Patient: The export process may take a few minutes, depending on the selected date range and data volume. Please remain on the webpage while the export is in progress.

  • Download Your File: Once the export is complete, click the "Download" button.

  • Explore Your Data: Open the downloaded CSV file using Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred business intelligence tool. Remember to use the comma as the separating value.

4. Automate with Scheduled Reports (Optional):

  • Set Up Recurring Emails: Click "Save Report" to schedule automated email delivery of your customized report at regular intervals.

  • Manage Your Reports: Unsubscribe from a report at any time by clicking the "Delete this alert" link located at the bottom of the email notification.

By leveraging user activity data exports, you can unlock powerful insights into your team's performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize your revenue generation strategies.
