II. Using Custom CRM Fields
A) Viewing Custom Fields in the Deals List

The new columns will automatically appear as the last column in all views.
Users can reorder the columns according to their preferences, and these changes will be saved for future sessions.
B) Filtering and Sorting Custom Fields
In the upcoming version, users will have the ability to filter and sort by the custom fields added:

A dropdown will appear with all available filters based on the fields added by the admin.
Select the desired filter to apply it to your view.
Sorting: Users can sort the columns, except for text area fields.
III. Managing Custom Fields
A) Editing and Deleting Custom Fields
As an admin, you have the ability to manage the custom fields:
Delete: you can delete a field by clicking on the red bin next to the field. It will be removed from all users' views. A confirmation modal will appear to validate this action.
Important: Certain fields, such as deal name, interaction timeline, objections, and warnings, cannot be deleted as they are essential to Modjo's functionality.
B) Handling Fields Deleted from the CRM
If a field is deleted from the CRM, a daily sanity check will ensure that it is also removed from the Modjo interface. Users will not receive a warning message for this action.
