Why are call titles different?
This happens because we were unable to link your call to your calendar meeting.
Please make sure that you have granted Modjo access to your Google account. (see team&user or integration page)
How to manually change a call name
If the automatic title does not match your expectations, you can edit it directly from the call details page.
Steps to edit the title
Go to the details page of the call you want to rename
Click on the call title displayed at the top of the page
A small pencil icon appears, indicating that the title can be edited
Enter the new title of your choice
Confirm by clicking outside the field or pressing Enter
💡 Best practices
Use descriptive and consistent titles to make future searches easier
Indicate the type of call (demo, follow-up, discovery, closing, etc.)
Mention the client or prospect name if relevant
Example of a clear title:
"Product Demo - Company ABC - 29/04/2026"
Limitations
Changing the title in Modjo does not change the event title in your Google Calendar
The new title is only visible in Modjo
If the Google Calendar integration is enabled later, the automatic title may overwrite your manual edit
Troubleshooting
Issue A: The pencil icon does not appear when I click on the title
Solution: Check that you have the necessary permissions to edit this call. If you are not the organizer or an administrator, contact your manager.
Issue B: My new title disappears after a few minutes
Solution: This may happen if the Google Calendar integration syncs after your edit.
Temporarily disable automatic sync or edit the title directly in Google Calendar.
