Get some practical insights about the AI Assistant feature

What is it and how does it work?

The Modjo AI feature contains:

  • Summary feature ✨ which automatically generates intelligent summary of your recordings. You can chose to send it automatically in your sales CRM.

  • AI Call Highlights feature ✨ which automatically pins some specific important moments of the call you can review in a clic, so as to prepare your next meeting for ex.

  • AI Call Chapters feature which automatically segments recording into chapters

  • AI Call Scoring feature which automatically checks for certain recordings chosen by the administrator or manager, whether or not the methodology (sales or other) has been effectively followed.

  • AI Insights feature ✨ which automatically analyzes all customer interactions from the past month and create monthly email recap per team highlighting the top 3 objections.

Transcripts of your recordings are sent to the OpenAI API in order to obtain summaries, highlights, chapters and call scoring.

Due to OPENAI’s GPT algorithms, a summary of each of your recording, highlights, chapters and call scoring are generated and sent back to Modjo.

These are available directly from your Modjo platform.

Who is the entity performing data processings?

The entity performing data processing to provide you with a summary of your recordings, highlights, chapters and call scoring is OpenAI.

What kind of data is processed by OpenAI?

OpenAI processes the transcript of your recordings (”input”) to provide you with a summary of the recordings, highlights, chapters and call scoring (”output”).

For AI Call Scoring, Open AI also processes the defined tasks in the methodology template used as criteria for scoring (e.g, Did the user ask XXX? Did the sales mention XXX? Did the sales forget to mention XXX?).

Does OpenAI use your data?

No, OpenAI does not use your data to train or improve its models and algorithms.

Where is your data being processed?

Your data may be processed by OpenAI in the United States.

You have to authorize us to use OpenAI as a sub processor and to transfer your data to OpenAI.

Transfer is GDPR compliant as it is made in accordance with the OpenAi’s Standard Contractual Clauses (”SCCs”) adopted by the EU Commission on June 4, 2021. SCCs are available on OpenAI’s website.

What security measures are implemented by OpenAI to secure transfers?

OpenAI maintains industry best practices for preventing the unauthorized access, alteration, or removal of data during transfer, and for securing and logging all transfers. Such measures include encryption of data at rest in production datastores using AES-256 and encryption of data in transit using TLS version 1.2.

How long is your data being processed?

Any data sent to OpenAI will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

How can you use the Modjo AI feature?

By default, the Modjo AI feature is not activated. It’s up to you to determine if you agree to OpenAI processing your data.

To activate the feature you have to :

  • be a Modjo Admin to be able to activate the feature

  • agree to the addition of OpenAI as a subprocessor

  • for AI Call Scoring a Modjo Admin or Manager must also choose for which team(s) and type of calls the feature must be enabled for.

    By activating that feature, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to activate the Modjo AI feature and add OpenAI as a new sub processor on behalf of your company.

Can you limit access to the feature to specific Modjo Users?

For Summary, AI Call Highlights and AI Chapters: Once the feature is enabled, your whole workspace will get it. The feature will be available for all Modjo Users and can't be limited to specific teammates/teams.

For AI Call Scoring: both the score and details of detected tasks will be visible solely for the teammates present in the call.
For AI Insights: emails are sent to managers assigned to teams and admins. Classic users won’t receive any email.

Can you disable the Modjo AI feature?

Yes you can deactivate it at anytime directly from your settings.
