The Summary is designed to save your teams tremendous time and maximize your CRM Data accuracy. Never lose track of your customers' data: all interactions are summarized within your CRM!


I. How does it work?

A. In Modjo

Once processed, all of your calls will be summarised.

The summary is displayed on the right side of your call details:

B. In your CRM

Save time on tedious manual data entry, improve your accuracy in recording customer interactions information, and increase the efficiency of tracking tasks.

III. How to customize your Call Summary template?

A. Modjo's default template

Once Modjo AI is activated, it will apply automatically the Modjo default summary on your calls. It will be short summary for call under 5 minutes, and more detailed one for the others.

You can "edit" this default template if you want to keep one version for all your teams and all type of calls.

B. Build your custom templates

However if you want to tailor the summary to your needs and calls specificities, you can create a new custom template.

To get started, click on "Add template"

First, you should name the template, and define to which call it should be applied, using the specific filters :

  • Teams

  • Tags

  • Providers

Secondly, write the prompt, or instructions, you want the AI to accomplish by writing the summary. You can specify output formats, and what information it should extract from the conversation.

Thirdly, select what should be the length of the summary, between a short version, detailed version, and adjusted based on call duration.

Finally, pick the output language of your choice for this summary to be written by default on the calls.

💡 Good to know : you can translate a summary directly from a call details.

C. Test your templates and Publish it !

Wondering what it will look like ? Be sure to test your template based on a call you know, so that you can make sure about the format and AI instructions you wrote, and that it's satisfying for your teams !
