The Summary is designed to save your teams tremendous time and maximize your CRM Data accuracy. Never lose track of your customers' data: all interactions are summarized within your CRM!

I. How does it work?

A. In Modjo

Once processed, all of your calls will be summarized.

The summary is displayed on the right side of your call details:

B. In your CRM

  • Summary is automatically logged into the Task activity of all our CRM integrations

III. How to setup your Call Summary template?

You must be an admin/manager to set it up.

In order to create non-biased summary of calls, we highly encourage you to create/refine your own Summary template!
Each summary is based on the summary template setup. Only one template is possible for the entire organization.

Go to settings, in the templates section:

By default, two templates are at your disposal that best suits your requirements and what you want to log in your CRM:

  • a short summary

  • a long summary

You can edit these templates or start from scratch by clicking on "add template" on the top right of this page.

Don't forget to add the right variable so the IA understands your instruction:

The "Transcript" variable is mandatory as the AI uses the call transcript to generate the summary. Ensure this variable is included to accurately condense the conversation.


💡When updating a template, the changes made will be applied only for future calls.
