1. What is it and how does it work?
The Modjo AI feature contains:
Summary feature which automatically generates intelligent summary of your recordings. You can chose to send it automatically in your sales CRM.
AI Call Highlights feature which automatically pins some specific important moments of the call you can review in a clic, so as to prepare your next meeting for ex.
AI Call Chapters feature which automatically segments recording into chapters
AI Call Scoring feature which automatically checks for certain recordings chosen by the administrator or manager, whether or not the methodology (sales or other) has been effectively followed.
AI Insights feature which automatically analyzes all customer interactions from the past month and create monthly email recap per team highlighting the top 3 objections.
AI Modjo Deals allows revenue team leaders to prioritize their pipeline, identify coaching opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy—all in one place.
AI CRM Filling saves you time and improves data quality by automating CRM updates.
AI Email Follow-up automates the writing of personalized follow-up emails based on call recordings and key conversation points, optimizing your time and efficiency.
💡 Transcriptions of your recordings are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate summaries, chapters, and call scoring, which are then available directly in your Modjo platform.
2. Who is responsible for processing the data?
The entity performing data processing to provide you with a summary of your recordings, highlights, chapters and call scoring is OpenAI.
3. What type of data does OpenAI process?
OpenAI processes the transcript of your recordings (”input”) to provide you with a summary of the recordings, highlights, chapters and call scoring (”output”).
For AI Call Scoring, OpenAI also processes the defined tasks in the methodology template used as criteria for scoring (e.g, Did the user ask XXX? Did the sales mention XXX? Did the sales forget to mention XXX?).
4. Does OpenAI use your data?
No, OpenAI does not use your data to train or improve its models and algorithms.
5. Where is your data processed?
Your data may be processed by OpenAI in the United States.
By signing our DPA and enabling the AI feature, you authorize us to use OpenAI as a subcontractor and to transfer your data to OpenAI.
The transfer complies with GDPR, as it is governed by a DPA and conducted in accordance with OpenAI’s Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs"), adopted by the EU Commission on June 4, 2021. The SCCs are available on OpenAI's website.
6. What security measures does OpenAI implement to secure the transfers?
OpenAI maintains industry best practices for preventing the unauthorized access, alteration, or removal of data during transfer, and for securing and logging all transfers. Such measures include encryption of data at rest in production datastores using AES-256 and encryption of data in transit using TLS version 1.2.
7. How long is your data processed?
Any data sent to OpenAI will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
8. How can you use the Modjo AI feature?
By default, the Modjo AI feature is not activated. It’s up to you to determine if you agree to OpenAI processing your data.
To activate the feature you have to :
be a Modjo Admin to be able to activate the feature
agree to the addition of OpenAI as a subprocessor
for AI Call Scoring a Modjo Admin or Manager must also choose for which team(s) and type of calls the feature must be enabled for.
By activating that feature, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to activate the Modjo AI feature and add OpenAI as a new sub processor on behalf of your company.
