1. Default retention periods in Modjo
A. Clients who subscribed before November 20, 2024
Data is retained for the entire duration of the contract.
B. Clients who subscribed on or after November 20, 2024
Call recordings are retained for 6 months.
Call transcripts are retained for 1 year.
💡 Calls added to the library
Any call added to your library will be retained indefinitely, even after the defined retention period has expired.
