What is the Minimum Call Duration limit?

The minimum call duration is another decision making criteria for importing meeting. This limit determines the minimum length of time for meetings to be imported. If the call doesn't fit within that duration, then it won't be imported.

Why is the Minimum Call Duration limit Important?

Once these meeting are imported, they will be subject to the same import restrictions. The minimum call duration is in place to weed out potential meetings that wouldn't meaningfully benefit from being imported (e.g., Voicemails).
Keeping the minimum call duration allows us to better ensure that meetings running on the platform remain of the highest possible quality and that none are too short.

By default, the minimum call duration for import is set at 2 minutes.
