What is the minimum duration for importing calls & meetings?
The minimum duration is an important selection criteria for importing your meetings and calls. This limit specifies the minimum duration required for a meeting or call to be imported. If the duration does not meet this threshold, the item will not be imported.

Why is the minimum duration limit important?
The minimum duration limit helps exclude irrelevant calls and meetings, such as voicemails. By applying this duration, only meaningful interactions are imported into Modjo.
By default, this duration is set to 2 minutes for calls.
How to adjust the minimum duration limit?
It may sometimes be necessary to adjust the minimum duration for calls and meetings according to the needs and preferences of your company. You have the option to modify the default limit.
