Improve the association between Modjo calls and your CRM

Are you having trouble finding a call with an associated contact?

This may be due to the absence of this contact in your CRM.

To ensure accurate and efficient association between conversations and relevant CRM information, it is important to link Modjo to your CRM.

How does it work?

Modjo automatically links calls to contacts in your CRM.

However, if a contact is not registered before the call, Modjo cannot establish this connection automatically, making it difficult to locate or record the call in the customer's profile.

Let's explore together how this feature makes it easier to link Modjo calls with CRM contacts, whether it's done automatically or manually.

A) Automatic synchronisation of contacts every night

💡 This feature is available for all our 6 CRM!

In order to optimize consistency between calls and CRM, an automatic synchronization is performed every night. This procedure aims to identify CRM contacts created after each call and accurately associate them. We perform a check of the last 7 days every night and the last 30 days every weekend.

B) Manual association from the call details page.

💡 This feature is available for HubSpot and Salesforce CRM only.

If the automatic synchronization is not enough, you can manually synchronize immediately!

If a phone number or email address is not found in your CRM, click on it and a drop-down list will appear:

  • If you have created the contact in your CRM since the end of your call:

    Click on "Refresh Contact" and we will proceed with the synchronization process. This may require a few moments to complete.

  • If the contact does not exist in your CRM, please select "Create Contact in Salesforce" (or HubSpot). This will direct you to the contact form within your CRM. Upon validating the form, return to Modjo, refresh the page, and after a brief moment, your call will be linked to the corresponding contact in your CRM.

Once linked, all the CRM information related to the contact is displayed as follows:

C) Associate manually from call list

💡 This feature is available for HubSpot and Salesforce CRM only.

It operates in a similar manner to the call details page, but with multiple calls visible at the same time.
