Discover in this article the first steps you need to take to get the most out of Modjo.
Prerequisites: you must have a Modjo administrator or manager role.
First of all, create a manager role access for the person in charge of setting up Modjo, if that's not you.
Then configure your Modjo's space following these 3 steps :
1. Connect your tools to Modjo
Find out in this section how to connect your tools to Modjo, whether your videoconferencing, telephony or CRM systems.
These integrations are very simple (they take between 5-10 minutes) and must be done by the administrator(s) of your tools.
A. How do I set up the recording of my videoconferences?
Modjo is fully compatible with many videoconferencing systems. Once linked to your videoconferencing tool, Modjo will automatically import your calls!
Go to Settings > Integrations
Select your videoconferencing system and click on Connect
If you are using Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, we recommend you to use Modjo's recorder.

B. How do I set up my VoIP recording?
Modjo is fully compatible with many telephony systems (dialers, CTI, VOIP). Once linked to your telephony system, Modjo will automatically import your calls!
Go to Settings > Integrations
Select your VoIP system and click on Connect
Below are all the VoIP integrations available on Modjo :
C. How do I connect my CRM?
Once your CRM linked to Modjo, you will be able to :
Search and analyze your conversations in Modjo based on CRM fields (account names, contacts, deal stages, etc.).
Automatically send a summary to the CRM in addition to your notes, and automatically import them into the call task (see Modjo Extension).
Go to Settings > Integrations
Select your CRM and click on Connect
D. How do I connect my collaboration tool?
Follow the steps described in this article to receive Slack notifications linked to your calls (comments, mentions, likes).

2. Create your teams in Modjo
To get the most out of Modjo, it's important that your organization is reflected in Modjo by the teams and their managers.

3. Activate Modjo AI
To take advantage of the valuable insights available on Modjo, generated in particular by AI, activate Modjo AI.
Prerequisite: You must be a Modjo administrator to perform these actions.
Once these three steps have been completed, your Modjo space will be ready, and your teams ready to be onboarded.
