How to enable Modjo AI?

Activate AI to benefit all Modjo features!

I. What is it and how does it work?

The Modjo AI feature contains:

  • Summary feature ✨ which automatically generates an intelligent summary of your calls.

  • AI Call Chapters feature which automatically segments recording into chapters

  • AI Call Scoring feature which automatically checks for certain recordings chosen by the administrator or manager, whether or not the methodology (sales or other) has been effectively followed.

  • AI Insights feature ✨ which automatically analyzes all customer interactions from the past month and create monthly email recap per team highlighting the top 3 objections.

II. How to enable the feature?

🚨Prerequisite: You must be a Modjo administrator/manager to enable the feature

To enable the feature, you must activate Modjo AI. To do so:

  • Go to Settings => Modjo Applications => Modjo AI

  • Click on "Activate Modjo" and "I agree" for necessary permissions.

Once enabled, Summary, AI Call Scoring, AI Insights and AI Call Chapters will be activated.

Once enabled the mention "Integrated by : Your Name" will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
