As a sales representative, AI CRM FILLING is your new ally in streamlining CRM updates. This guide will walk you through how to effectively use this feature to save time and improve your data quality.
I. Accessing AI CRM FILLING Suggestions
By Notifications
After each call, you'll receive a notification in Modjo/Slack/Email with AI-generated CRM update suggestions.
Click on the notification or navigate to your call to view the suggestions.
In your Modjo app
In your Home or Explore page, you will see AI-CRM filling suggestions on the calls where a template was applied. You can either click on this button, to push fields in minutes without opening the call.
Or you can search and open your call details, and review the CRM Fields with more context.
II. Reviewing and Editing Suggestions
Select the call you want to review.
You'll see a side panel with suggested content for various CRM fields.
Each field will display:
The field name
The AI-suggested update based on the conversation
Review each suggestion carefully:
If the suggestion is accurate, leave it as is.
If you need to make changes, click on the field to edit the text.
If a suggestion is irrelevant or incorrect, you can either delete the content and replace it, or just decide to un-tick the checkbox so that you don't send it to the CRM.
III. Push it in one-click to your CRM
Click "Send to Salesforce" to update your CRM ! You will have a confirmation under 1-minutes, and your notes will be safely stored.
You can now see and access the content you pushed to your CRM in the CRM information section of your call.
