2. Connecting Your CRM

Modjo Deals seamlessly integrates with your existing CRM (Salesforce & Hubspot currently supported).

Here's how it works:

Ensure you're using the right objects: You'll need to be using the "Opportunity" object in Salesforce or the "Deal" object in HubSpot.

Through your CRM integration, we synchronize your CRM deals and link Modjo calls to them:

  • We only synchronize deals for Modjo users with a Modjo license and with a Salesforce/ Hubspot license.

  • Your organization needs to use the "Opportunity" object in Salesforce or the "Deal" object in Hubspot.

3. Synchronizing Your Emails

II. Accessing Modjo Deals

You can access Modjo Deals in two ways:

  1. Main Menu: Click on the "Deals" tab in the Modjo main menu.

2. Search Bar: Search for a specific deal using the Modjo search bar.

Navigating Modjo Deals

  • Deals List Page: This is your command center. View all deals from your CRM, filter by user, team, stage, close date, and more.

    • The tabs under the filters are grouped by forecast category (e.g commit, best case, most likely etc.). This data comes from your CRM, if the field is completed by your sales rep.

    • and by deal status (open, closed won, closed lost)

    • Use the search bar to find a deal by its name.

    • Click on the "Copy Link" CTA to share your view.

  • Deal Detail Page: Dive deep into a specific deal. Access CRM information, interaction timelines (calls, meetings, emails), Modjo AI warnings, power maps with contact roles and objections, and even ask our AI bot any question you have.
